What wonderful thought provoking content in this podcast! I’m lucky enough to have an incredibly supportive Headteacher in Peter Middleton and line Managed by a member of SLT. However in other ( state schools- challenging cohorts and catchment areas) I haven’t been. I think that often, Librarians are multifaceted incredibly versatile people therefore can be sometimes several jobs in one! Librarian’s need Yes or No answers with regards financial implications and imperative staff communication.
